Refer a genuine new business opportunity with the contact’s permission. Self-referrals, fabricated leads and introductions already known to Vlightsoft may be declined. Duplicate claims are reviewed using the recorded introduction and evidence; submission alone does not establish entitlement.

Vlightsoft reviews each referral and confirms eligibility and commission terms in writing. No fixed percentage, minimum reward or guaranteed payment is advertised. The approved amount, currency and applicable conditions appear in your referral record.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the referred project must be completed and the agreed client payment received before commission is approved for payment. Cancelled, unpaid or refunded work may be ineligible under the agreed terms.

Payments are arranged manually with the referrer. Required payment and tax documentation is collected through an agreed secure channel; do not enter bank, card or identity-document details in this form. The ledger records commission payments, dates and references. A referral closes after full settlement or a recorded no-commission outcome.

Confirm that the contact agreed to the introduction and sharing their business details with Vlightsoft. Do not submit confidential materials, spam contacts, offer unauthorized discounts or present yourself as a Vlightsoft employee. Referrals must comply with the referrer’s employer policies and applicable rules.

Contact support@vlightsoft.com with your referral reference for corrections or disputes. Future programme changes apply to new referrals; separately agreed written commission terms remain the basis for accepted referrals. These programme terms supplement the website Terms and Privacy Policy.
