Delete your SUKAI account

In the app

Settings → Delete account → confirm. If you are your family's only admin, make someone else admin first, or the whole family is deleted.

By email

Write to support@vlightsoft.com from your sign-in email with the subject “Delete my SUKAI account”. We confirm and delete within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, your family memberships, items you own, photos and invoices you uploaded, and AI chats.

What we may keep

Purchase and tax records the law requires (up to 8 years), and anonymous usage totals.

Deleting an account does not replace managing a paid subscription in Google Play. Check your subscription settings before deleting.
