1. Using SUKAI
SUKAI is a home-asset and service manager provided by Vlightsoft for personal, family-only use. Keep your sign-in email secure and share family invitations only with people you intend to invite. Admins manage membership and permissions. You are responsible for the content you add and the people you authorise to access it.
2. Plans, billing and trials
Our plans page lists current limits and INR prices. Every new family receives 14 days of Family Pro free. After the trial, the family moves to Free and keeps its data. The app explains any limits on adding or editing content beyond the Free allowance. A paid subscription is governed by the price, renewal period and cancellation terms presented before purchase. Manage Google Play subscriptions through Google Play.
3. Coupons and referral credits
Coupons and referral offers are subject to the eligibility, expiry and usage conditions shown with the offer. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash. Misuse, duplicate-account referrals or fraudulent claims may result in the offer being withdrawn.
4. AI credits and suggestions
Monthly AI credits reset on the 1st and have no cash value. Photo recognition uses 2 credits; a question uses 1. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is a suggestion, not professional advice. Check information before acting.
Never open or repair gas or mains-powered appliances on the basis of an AI answer. Stop using an unsafe appliance and contact a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You permit Vlightsoft and its service providers to store and process that content to provide SUKAI, including sharing within the family according to your settings. Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not upload harmful or unlawful material, misuse invitations, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other families' data.
6. Printer waitlist
SUKAI Mini Colour is a future product. Joining its waitlist does not place an order, reserve stock or require payment. Published prices and specifications may change before launch. Purchase, shipping, returns and warranty terms will be provided before orders open.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep SUKAI useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, perfect AI results or that every reminder will be delivered. Maintain independent copies of important documents and deadlines. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vlightsoft is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Ending access and disputes
You may stop using SUKAI and request account deletion. Access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact support first if you have a concern. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the app or website.
